Garden, middle floor or solarium at Benidorm Hills

The thing to notice in this table is the top-floor homes. They are larger inside than the ones below, and each adds a solarium the size of another flat. That is why their price per metre is well below the ground and first floors.

The ground floor gives you a garden right off the terrace. The price list shows gardens of very different sizes, from a courtyard corner to a lawn big enough for a table and a swing.
