DULY San Miguel

DULY San Miguel in San Miguel de Salinas is a block of 112 flats built to a single format. Each one pairs two bedrooms with two bathrooms. Flats come furnished, with a fitted kitchen, air conditioning and an underground parking space. Once you sign, you only need to pack a suitcase.

San Miguel de Salinas and the coast

An aerothermal tank supplies hot water. Shutters run on a motor with a remote. The terrace has a tap and a power point. PVC windows are double glazed. There is an armoured entrance door, built-in wardrobes and a quartz composite worktop. Cooling is ducted, with no units hanging on the walls.

Downstairs: a communal pool set in lawn, a smaller pool for children, a play area and a petanque court. Lifts follow the accessibility regulations. The garage has an open corner for bikes and bits. It is shared space, not a lockable store.

Developments close by

My base holds no other new projects inside San Miguel de Salinas. So the table looks to Torrevieja and Benijófar. On entry price, this block falls between Antonella Beach and the rest.

Who it suits

Retirees making the south their permanent base: a lift, single-level living and furniture already assembled. Buyers wanting a holiday flat that works from day one. Parents of one child: a second bedroom, a second bathroom and a toddler pool downstairs. If you picture strolling down to the sand each morning, choose another address. The same goes for anyone needing three bedrooms: there is no other format here.
