SaliSol Golf in Finestrat is a row of fourteen villas with private pools, each on its own plot. The house is the same everywhere: three bedrooms, four bathrooms and a roof solarium. Really you decide only one thing: basement and garage, or not.

Where SaliSol Golf sits

The address is Calle Princesa Leonor on the corner of Calle Moraira. Sand and sea are 5.7 km off by road. The neighbours are mostly new detached houses, a villa setting rather than a town one.

Downstairs you get one open space for living, dining and cooking. There is also a hall, a bedroom with its own bathroom and a guest toilet. Visiting grandparents can sleep downstairs and skip the staircase entirely.

Upstairs are two more bedrooms and two bathrooms. Above them sits the solarium, more than a third of the house in open air. In front there is a covered porch and a terrace, and the garden has a seven by three metre pool.

The basement with a garage

Type A villas have a basement of 83.5-92.8 m² under the house. It holds a 58.91 m² garage, two storerooms and a staircase straight into the house. It is handed over as open space, ready for a workshop, a gym or a playroom.

Type B villas have no basement. Everything else is identical: the same floor area, the same solarium and the same pool.

What a villa at SaliSol Golf costs

The gap between the two types is the price of the basement with its garage. House, solarium and pool are the same, so the decision is simple: do you need an extra floor underground.

A kitchen with appliances, fully fitted bathrooms, a private pool, electric blinds, and the garden and paving laid out to plan. Air conditioning is pre-installed.

What you pay for separately at SaliSol Golf

Furniture, the air conditioning units themselves, finishing the basement, extra plants and tiles. VAT at 10% is added on top of the price.

Among the villas within half a kilometre, only neighbouring SaliSol Hills has a lower entry price than SaliSol Golf.

Who SaliSol Golf suits

Families after a first house with a pool close to Benidorm, without paying for a big estate. A couple who often host parents or friends: that ground floor suite gives visitors privacy. Anyone who needs a garage and space for a hobby: the type A basement settles that. Every house has stairs, so buyers who struggle with them are better off in a single storey home.
