Bellavista Bungalows in San Miguel de Salinas are two and three-bedroom bungalows. Ground-floor homes have a terrace, upper homes a rooftop solarium. The complex sells finished, furnished homes and the new phase IV, under construction. The price list sets its completion for August 2028.

Where it is: San Miguel de Salinas

Its address is Calle Chirrines, away from the shoreline. Playa del Puerto, the closest stretch of sand at Torre de la Horadada, lies roughly 13 km off by road. So beach days mean the car, and everyday swims mean the pool.

Phase IV: three bungalow types

All three types share the same indoor space; the difference is outside. The ground-floor home opens onto its own terrace; the upper homes add a rooftop solarium. The three-bedroom upper home has more than twice the terrace of the ground-floor one.

On the upper homes the figure drops because of the solarium and the big terraces. On living area alone it comes to €6027 and €6420. The types are best compared by how much of life moves outdoors.

Finished homes: move straight in

Homes from earlier phases are finished. They come with furniture, appliances, air conditioning, light fittings, curtains and a parking space. Two of them also include a private pool.

House 35B sits over a basement roughly 1.6 times its living floor, served by a lift. On the living floor the figure is €5400. The basement adds room for guests, a gym, a workshop or a playroom.

What is done for you

The fit-out is the builder's standard package used across its flats and bungalows. A heat pump feeds a 200-litre hot-water cylinder, air-con ducting runs to each room, and blinds are motorised.

Wardrobes are fitted and lit inside; the window profiles are thermally broken. Kitchens get wall and base cabinets under a Silestone-type counter.

Neighbours offer two-bedroom bungalows at a lower entry price. Bellavista Bungalows offers a choice in one complex: a furnished home now, or a new one with a pool by 2028.

A couple who would rather not wait for a build: a finished home with furniture and appliances.

Anyone who enjoys evenings on the roof: upper homes with a solarium, and one finished home has its pool up there.

Parents with kids: three bedrooms with two bathrooms, and in the new phase space for a plunge pool.

A family that needs a separate level for guests or work: the finished ground-floor home with a basement and lift.

Buyers who insist on strolling to the sand should look along the shoreline instead; Bellavista is a drive from it.

• Whether the pool is included in your phase IV price, and its size.
• How the list gets the built area of 35A. On the sales plan, rooms and terraces add up differently.
• The basement finish at 35B and its status in the documents: living space or ancillary.
• The furniture and appliance inventory of a finished home, attached to the contract.
• That the contract states when phase IV is handed over.
