The developer has no full specification: the data comes from the villa dossier, not from a memoria de calidades. The dossier does not describe finishes, windows, kitchen or wardrobes: the empty fields here mean «unknown», not «none».
Model B has a living-dining room with open kitchen opening onto the terrace and a private pool on the ground floor, and three bedrooms with private terraces facing the valley and the Serra del Castell d'Aixa upstairs; the main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and dressing room.
Per the property dossier: aerothermal heating, underfloor heating, photovoltaic panels, home automation with alarm, EV charger, private pool with outdoor shower, garden with barbecue, stone boundary walls and landscaping, motorised vehicle gate and a separate pedestrian gate, bathrooms handed over fully fitted.
Shared areas: a social club with restaurant, spa and gym, community vegetable gardens, sports courts and green areas.

How I assign classesElements EcoResidences in Llíber is a new village of villas in the Vall de Pop, among vineyards and mountains. Each villa has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and its own pool. Inside the gates there is a club with a restaurant, spa and gym. Prices sit around one million euros.
Llíber is a village in the inland valley, 14.2 km from the sea by road. People come here for rural calm, vineyards and mountains rather than a beach at the door. The sea is a drive away. For every house on sale nearby, open Llíber villas.
The two models are nearly equal in price and floor area, and differ in how you live. In Airen A one en suite room is downstairs, next to the living room and kitchen. Upstairs are two more bedrooms, each with a terrace, and a study. It has more terrace, which is why its metre is lower.
In Airen B the ground floor is all for daytime: the living room with an open kitchen leads to the pool, with a covered terrace and laundry beside it. All three bedrooms are upstairs with their own terraces. The main one has a bathroom and walk in wardrobe, and the study is on that floor too.
The house has aerothermal equipment and underfloor heating, with solar panels on the roof. Airen A adds heat recovery ventilation. An EV charger is included, and an alarm linked to the smart home system protects the house.
The pool is private, with an outdoor shower, and the garden has a barbecue. The plot is enclosed by stone walls and landscaped, with a powered car gate and a separate pedestrian entrance. Bathrooms are handed over fully fitted.
The shared facilities are being built from scratch along with the village: a club with restaurant, spa and gym, sports courts and community vegetable plots.
For similar money, Calpe has villas closer to the sea. Elements is chosen for valley living with a club, spa and gym inside the village.
Retirees relocating permanently in search of village pace: a vegetable plot, vineyards around and a club with spa on site.
Parents with kids at school: three bedrooms, a study for the parents and a private pool.
Anyone who values a ground floor bedroom will find it in Airen A.
It makes no sense as a summer beach flat, because the sea here is a drive away.
