Orizonne

Orizonne in Villajoyosa: a building near the sea with two, three and four-bedroom apartments. Handover is planned for late 2026, with no long years of building ahead. The real find is at the top: on the eighth floor the terrace can match the apartment itself.

Six hundred metres separate you from the sea, an easy stroll. The building stands in a new quarter where several more developments are going up. The second phase, Orizonne II, continues the same project with the same shared areas.

For comparison, every three-bedroom project in town is gathered at Villajoyosa, three bedrooms.

Built into the price at Orizonne

The price already covers a parking space. You get the kitchen furnished and fully equipped, and the washer-dryer sits in a separate utility room rather than the kitchen. Aerothermal heat warms the water, ducted air conditioning gives heating and cooling, with underfloor heating in the bathrooms.

Ground-floor terraces are half paving and half artificial lawn, with a tap and sockets. Downstairs there is a communal pool among green areas, a gym, bike parking and mini golf. A shared room adds a gastro corner and a children's play area.

The top floor: a terrace like a second living room

On the eighth floor the apartments have open terraces, and every plan at that level provides a spot for a jacuzzi. Summer is lived up there: dinners outdoors, guests without a squeeze, loungers for the whole family. There are also four-bedroom apartments with three bathrooms for a large family.

Prices floor by floor, with the metre

The top-floor apartment costs more, yet per metre it comes out cheaper than the apartments on the middle floors. Count every metre you own, and the big terrace makes the top floor the best buy in the building. To be clear: the metre up there is lower because of the terraces of more than 90 m², which are part of the area in the calculation; by living area alone the top-floor metre is higher than on the middle floors.

The storage room is not included and is bought separately.

Among its neighbours, Orizonne stands out for early keys and for its four-bedroom apartments.

Who Orizonne is for

People who want to move soon rather than spend years renting. A large family for whom two bedrooms are too few: here there are three and four. Anyone who loves hosting: the top-floor terrace takes a table for the whole group.

Anyone dreaming of a private plot should look elsewhere: the garden here is shared.
