How I assign classesEl Pinet Beach II, in El Pinet on the Elche coast, has 51 homes, nearly all two-bedroom. They are handed over furnished, with appliances and lighting. An underground parking space with a store room is part of the deal. Then you pick: garden below, terrace midway or a private solarium up top.
The beach is 1.8 km away per our data: a morning stroll or a bike ride. A shared pool sits inside the fenced grounds. Two-bedroom options across the municipality are in Elche: two bedrooms.
The layout barely changes: a 26 m² living-kitchen opening to a terrace of about 17 m², beside a two-bed, two-bath core. The difference lies in the add-on. For most ground floor units that means a garden, reaching 89.2 m² on the south side. On the top floor it is a private roof solarium.

The list states plainly that flats come furnished, with appliances and light fittings. Each has its own underground space and store room. Anthracite window profiles, thermally separated and double-glazed, glass balustrades, electric shutters and wardrobes built into every room. A 110-litre aerothermal cylinder covers domestic hot water.
Air conditioning: the specification only provides ducts. A second parking space or extra storage is sold from its own list.
The entry price at El Pinet Beach II is below all three neighbours in the table.
Buyers of a seaside second home who want to arrive at a ready-furnished flat. Pet owners and keen gardeners should aim for a south-facing ground floor unit. A group that enjoys evenings outdoors should look at the top floor with a solarium. A family needing more than two bedrooms will find nothing here.
Which parking space and store room come with the flat. The furniture and appliance inventory: the list promises a full fit-out, so attach the detail. The handover month: the list says November 2027. Other coastal new builds on the Costa Blanca are collected in the search.
