Riviera 1 in Finestrat, La Alfarella area, offers tourist apartments with one and two bedrooms around a shared pool. Of all the new builds I work with, it has the lowest entry price: a flat for your own holidays and for letting to visitors.

Tourist apartments in Finestrat: what it means

Riviera 1 is being built as a tourist complex under a single operating regime. It is not a home for permanent living: the apartment is meant for holidays and for letting to guests.

There are three ways to let it: on your own, with partial help or under full management. Full management costs 20% of the income, and the management company then takes care of guests and cleaning.

Prices exclude VAT, which is charged at 21%. Furniture is optional: from 10,000 € for a one bedroom flat and from 14,000 € for a two bedroom flat, plus VAT.

Location: La Alfarella

The building is in Finestrat, in the La Alfarella area. The sea is roughly 5.4 km off, a short drive to the beach. Around it are new villas and flats of other projects, listed in the table below.

Included in the flat

The flats come with air conditioning installed, aerothermal hot water and electric underfloor heating. The kitchen has a built-in hob with extractor hood, and the bathroom is handed over fully fitted. A shared pool and sun deck sit in the courtyard, and the semi-basement holds storage rooms and parking.

While construction goes on you can follow it online: the site camera runs day and night.

Riviera 1 prices and the metre

Prices are from the May 2026 list; before signing, check them against the latest list. A two bedroom flat here costs almost the same as the one bedroom flat with a large terrace, so a second bedroom costs little extra.

Paid separately

• A parking space, 6,000 €.
• A storage room, 15,000-16,500 €.
• Furniture, if you do not want to furnish the flat yourself.

Projects near Riviera 1

Two bedroom flats next door cost more than twice as much. Riviera 1 opens this area to a modest budget.

Who it suits

People who want their own place on the coast for holidays and are ready to let it the rest of the time.

Anyone buying a first flat in Spain and keen to keep the starting sum small.

It does not suit anyone planning to live here permanently, since the complex runs under a tourist regime. Nor for anyone who needs the sea on foot: the search shows flats closer to the beach.

Before you reserve

• Whether the building licence has been granted and when payments begin: before it only the reservation is paid.
• How your payments are protected. For this complex the bank guarantee under Law 38/1999 on amounts paid is not provided, so go through the payment plan with a lawyer before reserving.
• When the contract says the flat will be handed over.
• The terms of the management contract, if you hand the flat over to full management.
