How I assign classesVilla Saona, in Altea Hills, is complete and sits on a thousand-metre plot. It has four bedrooms over three levels, a heated pool and a garden with palms and fruit trees. You can view it in person and move in.
Villa Saona sits inside the Altea Hills estate, 4.7 km by car from the shore. Villa Sa Roqueta is just over a hundred metres away, Villa Es Cap a little further.
Other homes in the area are under Altea: villas with a plot.
The main bedroom fills an entire floor and has its own jacuzzi. The lower level lives separately: a guest bedroom and a summer kitchen right by the water.
The purchase is quick: a 10% plus VAT reservation, a contract within a month and the rest at the notary. There is no build to wait for.
Underfloor heating throughout except the lower level, ducted air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room. It all runs on aerothermal energy, and the solar panels supply up to five kilowatts.
DICA kitchen and wardrobes, AEG appliances, Villeroy & Boch toilets. Wooden floors in the upstairs bedrooms, large-format porcelain tiles elsewhere.
An app runs the lighting, climate and alarm, and cameras cover the plot. A heat pump warms the pool and the garden waters itself.
Of the three neighbouring villas, only Saona offers four bedrooms and immediate keys together.
Parents keen to relocate now rather than next year: keys are available and the garden already planted.
Buyers who host often: a separate lower level with a bedroom and a summer kitchen.
A couple who want a floor of their own: the main suite with jacuzzi and terraces upstairs.
Whether the list price still applies and which furniture stays in the house.
Yearly running costs for the house and the estate, plus its energy rating.
