How I assign classesVilla Sa Roqueta is a fully renovated villa in Altea Hills. It has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a pool and a pergola terrace on a plot of almost seven hundred metres. The house is ready and the purchase closes within a month.
The address is on Calle Noruega inside the guarded Altea Hills estate; the road down to the sea runs 4.6 km. Villa Saona is 137 m away, Villa Es Cap 547 m.
Alternatives around town are collected here: Altea, houses with a pool.
Downstairs, a living and dining room and the kitchen open onto the covered terrace and the pool. Upstairs, three bedrooms and two bathrooms; one more bathroom and a guest WC are spread around the house.
It is a compact house for living, not for big receptions. Fewer metres mean smaller bills, less cleaning and fewer worries, while the plot is still large.
Payment is simple: 10% at reservation and 90% at the notary within a month. No construction schedules and no waiting for keys.
The renovation is complete; Sa Roqueta is sold ready to move in. A pool on the plot and a terrace under a pergola give a shaded lounge by the water.
Sa Roqueta costs noticeably less than its neighbours Saona and Es Cap. It is also finished: a way into Altea Hills with no building work.
A couple or small family for whom three bedrooms are enough and who want to live on a gated estate.
Cash buyers who want to close quickly.
People who want a pool and garden without running a huge house.
A large family with frequent guests will be better off in one of the four-bedroom villas nearby.
