  What truly sets Vitaliy apart is not only his professional knowledge of the real estate market, but also his honesty, reliability, and genuine willingness to help. He takes the time to understand what you are looking for, communicates clearly, and never makes you feel pressured into making a decision.

  In an industry where trust is extremely important, Vitaliy is someone whose word I genuinely value. He is responsive, straightforward, and always willing to go the extra mile to find a solution or offer helpful advice, even when there is nothing immediate in it for him.

  Хочу поблагодарить Виталия за грамотную и внимательную консультацию. Мы с мужем рассматривали покупку недвижимости в Испании, и у нас было много вопросов: от выбора района до юридических и финансовых тонкостей. Без знания языка и прочих нюансов было очень боязно выбирать фирму и человека, который вел бы нашу сделку. Виталий спокойно и по делу разобрал каждый пункт, объяснил всё простым языком и дал практичные советы, которые нам действительно пригодились.

  Отдельное спасибо за подробную консультацию по налогам и получению ВНЖ. Это те темы, в которых легко запутаться, а Виталий разложил всё по полочкам: какие налоги придётся платить, какие есть варианты ВНЖ и на что обратить внимание. По сути мы получили консультацию и риелтора и юриста, после чего картина стала гораздо яснее.

  Особенно ценно, что он не давил и не навязывал решения, а помог взвесить все «за» и «против». Видно, что человек отлично знает своё дело и дорожит репутацией.   С Виталием Котенко работаем уже не первый раз: сначала по аренде, сейчас по покупке недвижимости. И могу сказать, что с ним действительно очень приятно работать. Виталий не просто предлагает варианты, а старается понять, что именно тебе нужно, и у него это хорошо получается. Он находил подходящие варианты и для меня, и для моих друзей, и для родственников, под совершенно разные запросы, бюджеты и пожелания.

  Отдельно хочу отметить его отношение уже после сделки. Как это часто бывает с арендой, периодически возникают какие-то вопросы, шероховатости, ситуации с собственниками или по самому объекту. И вот здесь Виталий никогда не исчезает после того, как его работа формально закончена. Наоборот, всегда старается помочь и разобраться, причём были ситуации, когда он включался и помогал даже в ущерб собственным интересам. Для меня это очень многое говорит о человеке.

  Вообще, честно говоря, после общения с риелторами довольно часто остаётся какой-то неприятный осадок: ощущение, что тебе просто хотят что-то продать или закрыть сделку. С Виталием всё наоборот. Он порядочный, опытный, спокойный и очень адекватный специалист, которому можно доверять. Поэтому я его с удовольствием рекомендую и сам продолжаю с ним работать. Думаю, это как раз тот редкий случай, когда риелтора действительно хочется посоветовать знакомым!
