Living in Greater Benidorm

Benidorm is known for its skyscrapers, and the figures bear it out: the tallest tower in town, Intempo, rises 202 metres over 47 floors. As of 1 January 2025 the town has 77,221 residents, more than ever in its history. Between Levante and Poniente beaches the old town sits on a headland, with the small Mal Pas beach below it. In summer 2026 Levante and Poniente fly the Blue Flag. The tram runs from here to Alicante.

The town itself is almost fully built up. Notary data for the past year show new builds make up about eight sales in a hundred here, and the average purchase is 76 square metres. The price per square metre across all sales has almost doubled in eleven years: from €1,530 in 2015 to €2,904 in 2026.

That is why this page reaches beyond the town: it covers Benidorm and the neighbouring municipalities, nearest to the centre first. My survey currently holds 70 projects, from €147,312. From 11 of them you can walk to the sea. Handover: 2026-2029.
