Finestrat is one municipality, but I show it to clients as four different places. At the top, on a rock outcrop 238 metres high, the old quarter with its white houses on the edge of the cliff. At the foot, Balcón and Terra Marina: most residents live here, with Carrefour, Mercadona, Leroy Merlin and the La Marina shopping centre next door. On the hills of Sierra Cortina, gated communities with pools and views of the Benidorm skyline. La Cala sits right on the Benidorm border; it is the coastal part, where you can live without a car.
Above the whole municipality rises Puig Campana, 1,410 metres. As of January 2025 Finestrat has 9,919 residents, and half of them are foreigners.
My survey currently holds 38 projects in Finestrat, from €147,312. A square metre in a new build costs €2,556 to €11,146. Handover: 2026-2028. There are ready homes too.
So here I do not start with a development. I start with the question of which of the four Finestrats fits the way you live.
