Not every new home can be let by the night. These three are designed for it, and for each one I say what is already in place and what is still to be confirmed.
Albir, l'Alfàs del Pi
A tourist licence and a management company for the complex. VAT is 21%, not 10%.
La Cala, Villajoyosa
The developer allows tourist rentals and stage payments are bank-guaranteed.
La Alfarella, Finestrat
The cheapest entry in the area, but it is tourist use and the building licence is not in yet: go in with your eyes open.
Every price and availability figure comes from the developers' own price lists, with the date shown next to each home. In new builds the list price never includes VAT: on purchase you add 10% VAT, around 1.4% stamp duty and notary and registry fees. Availability changes weekly, so before a viewing I confirm it again with the developer.
