Both Villa Alba villas are built to the Superior 2022 standard (as stated in the HB208 and HB219 dossiers). Pool, fireplace, barbecue and facade finish appear in the specification with the caveat «según proyecto»: what each villa gets is in its own dossier.

How I assign classesAzure Altea Homes II is two Villa Alba houses in Altea, on plots of almost a thousand metres. Four en-suite bedrooms, an infinity pool on the main terrace and a two-car garage.
Both villas stand on Calle Cornisa in Altea. The plots are large and enclosed with stone and hedging, with an automatic gate for the car and a separate pedestrian entrance.

The main level has a living and dining room with an open kitchen, one bedroom and the pool terrace. All the main rooms open straight onto it.
One level down are three more en-suite bedrooms and the covered garage. A lift links the floors, so the house also works for older guests.
Both villas have the same house, and HB219 comes out cheaper with a larger plot. Its listing also states a south orientation.
Aerothermal energy heats and cools the house, the floors are heated and part of the power comes from solar panels. Home automation, an alarm and video surveillance are included.
Outside, a garden with a barbecue, separate access to the pool and to its plant room. The garage has the wiring ready for an EV charging point.
Finishes follow the Superior 2022 quality level, the common specification this series of villas is built to.
