Infinity Villas is fourteen villas in Altea Hills, and each has its pool not in the garden but on the roof. All of them have four bedrooms, a two-car garage and two terraces.

Altea Hills is a gated estate on the slope above Altea. It has its own hotel, tennis club and spa, with Don Cayo golf and Greenwich marina close by.

Driving to the coast takes you 4.4 km; Benidorm lies about fifteen kilometres off. Compare with the rest of town at Altea, villas.

An upside-down house open to the sky

You enter from the street on the upper floor. It holds the garage and the living room with kitchen opening onto the terrace. The bedrooms are one level down; the main one has a dressing room.

The roof is the star room: a private pool, a pergola, a green roof and solar panels. Instead of a garden below, you get an open-air lounge deck.

Three villa types and their prices

That explains the cheaper metre for type A: the 82.72 m² solarium and the terraces together account for more than one third of its area. Leave the solarium out, keep the terraces, and the home comes to €3932 per metre.

The 32.38 m² garage and the 10.58 m² private rooftop pool are not part of the area. Type A is the way into the project; B and C have larger plots.

What Infinity Villas hands over ready

Aluminium windows with triple glazing and exterior shutters. Air conditioning, heating and hot water work together with the solar panels, and the house can be run from your phone.

Finishes in natural materials: large-format ceramics, stone, solid wood. Bathrooms get Villeroy & Boch and Hansgrohe taps, marble basins, ABB switches and XAL lighting.

How the purchase works

• Reservation of 10.000 €, refunded if the deal does not go ahead.
• After 30 days, an arras contract with a 25% deposit.
• At the notary, the remaining 75% plus taxes and costs of about 14%.

Payments require a Spanish bank account, so open one in advance.
