The quarter lies in Mutxamel, inland from the Alicante coast. Muchavista beach is about 5.6 km by road, so you drive to the sea. Other projects in the area are gathered under new builds in Mutxamel.

A Portaitana townhouse: three levels and a garage below

The ground floor is for daytime life: living and dining room, kitchen, guest toilet and doors to the terraces and garden. Upstairs are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, so in the morning parents and children each have their own.

Below is a semi-basement that opens straight into the underground garage. From the car to the kitchen with the shopping, without stepping outside. This level easily becomes what a flat lacks: a study, a home gym, a playroom or a place for bikes and suitcases.

The largest gardens are in the north row: almost two and a half times those of the south row. The most affordable entry and the biggest terraces are in the south row by the garage entrance.

How you pay

The schedule is easy on the buyer. A 10,000 € reservation, then 30% on signing before the end of March 2027, and the main 70% only on handover. Most of your money stays with you throughout the build, and the sums you pay are insured.

Construction starts in early 2027, with keys scheduled for June 2029.

Among the houses with gardens around it, Portaitana is the most affordable entry. Not all of them have a garage under the house. Budget comparisons are easiest in the search.

Who it suits

Parents of schoolchildren: three bedrooms on the top floor and the garden one step from the lounge. Commuters to Alicante who want their own garden instead of a balcony, with the car parked right underneath. Anyone who needs a home office or gym: the whole lower level is there for it.

A house on three levels with stairs is not for people who find steps hard. For a barefoot walk to the beach, better to look right by the sand.
