How I assign classesVilla Zen Infinity in Benidorm is a finished four-bedroom villa with an en-suite for each bedroom. Three floors served by a lift, an overflow pool and a spa in the semi-basement, on a 1759 m² plot. The first occupation licence dates from November 2023, so nothing is left to build.
The villa sits in the Marxassos area in the north of Benidorm, on the La Nucía side. The nearest new development, Noa Garden, is half a kilometre away.
From here it is a 7.4 km drive to Albir beach; the sea and the town are reached by car.

The heart of the house is downstairs: a 65 m² open space for sitting, cooking and dining, with a bedroom and bathroom beside it. That bedroom helps when guests or parents would rather not climb stairs.
Upstairs there are three more bedrooms, one of them with a freestanding bath. A lift runs between all three floors, so the spa and the garage are as close as the kitchen.
An overflow pool with salt electrolysis, automatic pH control and a robot cleaner. The lights change colour by remote control.
From the spa, an aquarium-style window three metres wide looks into the pool and brings daylight down to the semi-basement. The 99.75 m² spa area has a jacuzzi, a steam room, a Finnish sauna and a changing room.

The nearest neighbours are cheaper and still being built. On price, Villa Zen Infinity sits between the two Viena villas in Finestrat, but its keys can be handed over now. More homes without a long wait in the selection keys sooner than three years.
A family living in Spain all year round: everyone has a bedroom with a bathroom, there is a study for working from home and a spa for the winter.
Buyers thinking decades ahead, perhaps with parents: the lift reaches every level, and there is an en-suite bedroom downstairs too.
Anyone with no time to follow a build or shop for furniture: everything here is assembled and in place.
One drawback: nobody walks to the beach from here.
