Armoured front door with security lock, spyhole, handle and anti-lever hinges; solid white lacquered interior doors, glazed in the living room. Fitted wardrobes with white sliding doors, drawers, top shelf and hanging rail inside, in all bedrooms.
Plasterboard suspended ceilings throughout. Porcelanosa Linkfloor vinyl flooring in a choice of designs, with a 25-year guarantee.
Bathrooms tiled in first-quality rectified tiles from Porcelanosa or Saloni. Porcelain sanitaryware, resin shower trays with screen, in the guest bathroom a basin set into a vanity unit, in the main one a wall-hung double basin; first-quality single-lever taps, built-in in the showers.
The kitchen is delivered furnished: wall and base units, finger-pull handles, induction hob, electric oven, extractor hood, integrated dishwasher, sink and fridge; worktop and splashback in compact quartz.
Electrical installation to the low-voltage project, aerial sockets in the living room and all bedrooms, high-quality switches, satellite TV; pre-installation for electric car sockets in the garages. Ducted aerothermal air conditioning, cooling and heating throughout, thermostat in the living room.
Ground-floor common areas of more than 2000 m²: beach-entry pool, children's pool, jacuzzi, equipped gym, green areas, bike parking, children's areas, social club with toilets, chill-out area, mini golf, pétanque, table tennis, concierge.
A development in Calpe, in the Saladar area, a few metres from Arenal Bol beach and the town centre. All homes have three bedrooms and wide private terraces.

How I assign classesInfinium III is a tower in the Saladar area of Calpe. Nearly every apartment has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and two terraces. Garage and storage are included, and payments are spread over a year of construction.
Saladar lies between the centre of Calpe and Arenal-Bol beach, a 750 metre walk from the sea. Another complex is under way 182 metres off. The beachfront towers are about a kilometre off.

Each floor has two apartments, A and B. The living room with kitchen is around thirty two metres. There is a main terrace by the lounge and a small second one by the laundry, for washing and drying. At the top, two áticos on two levels with a roof terrace.
On the first floor the second terrace is much larger than usual, almost a small patio.
Completion is due in early 2028, and the payments before the keys are spread over one year. Every amount is backed by a bank guarantee.
The price covers garage space and storage too, and the garage has wiring ready for a charger. Porcelanosa vinyl floors carry a twenty five year guarantee. Bathrooms have first grade tiles and a double wall hung basin in the main one. Every bedroom has fitted wardrobes and motorised blinds, and ducted aerothermal climate control runs through the flat.
The whole ground floor is shared space. There is a beach entry pool, a children's pool, a jacuzzi and a gym. Add a residents' club, minigolf, petanque, table tennis and a concierge.
Households needing three bedrooms and two bathrooms who would rather spend the budget on living than on square metres. Buyers who plan ahead and pay in stages while the tower is built. Large families or frequent hosts: the ático adds a fourth bedroom and a second lounge upstairs.
