Bathrooms clad in first-grade porcelain with options, china sanitaryware, wall-hung toilets, resin shower tray with screen and single-lever mixer, basin with vanity unit.
Kitchen: the cooking area clad in the same material as the worktop, other surfaces in washable paint; high-capacity units, soft-close drawers and doors; worktop and fronts customisable in colour; appliances: oven, induction hob, extractor and fridge.
Aerothermal hot water, ducted air conditioning; electric towel rails in bathrooms; room-by-room Airzone control at extra cost, installed within six months of the start of works. Fibre optic, TV-DTT-SAT and phone in the flat and on the main terraces, USB sockets in the lounge and bedrooms, video entry phone, basic home automation package.
Parking space and storage room included, EV charging pre-installation. Commercial units are handed over as shells with a parking space included.
Shared areas: two large pools, one with a beach-style entry, a sun-lounger area on artificial grass, playground, padel court, bike parking, landscaping.

How I assign classesJADE 2 is two fifteen-storey towers in Calpe, 450 metres from Arenal-Bol beach, with 44 apartments in each. It has everything from two-bedroom apartments to four-bedroom penthouses. The best place to start is the column, because it determines the apartment itself.
You can walk to the beach. There are many new buildings around, including the first phase of this same complex.

Apartments are stacked in columns. On the lower floors, columns A and C have two bedrooms, while column B has three in a slightly smaller area. From the seventh floor A and C also become three-bedroom and more spacious. The penthouses are on the fifteenth.
Column B suits those who care more about the number of rooms: it has a third bedroom in a slightly smaller area. On the lower floors of columns A and C the terrace alternates. It is larger on odd floors and smaller on even ones.

Aerothermal hot water, ducted climate control and home automation in the standard package. The parking space and storeroom are already in the price.
In the first six months after construction starts, you can choose the finishes to your taste at no cost. In the same period you can order zoned climate control for an extra charge. So it pays to decide on the finishes early.
Those who want to live by the sea and walk to the beach. A young couple for whom two bedrooms are enough. A family with two children who need a third bedroom. And those who want dinner on a large terrace up high: the penthouses are for them.
The column and floor: the size of the apartment and of the terrace depend on them.
The construction start date: the six months for choosing finishes and climate control count from it.
What windows the apartment will have: the specification lists PVC or aluminium.
Whether the price already contains IVA, and what delivery date the contract will state: the price list shows neither.
