My White Resort

My White Resort is 99 two-bedroom apartments, each with two bathrooms, in three identical blocks in Finestrat. The garden with three pools is shared by all blocks, and an ático comes with its own solarium.

The project is four kilometres from the sea, in an area where new builds follow one another: I track eight addresses within a kilometre. The closest neighbours and their entry prices are in the table.

My White Resort apartments: one format, two sizes

The blocks are identical, with 33 apartments each. The apartments differ in size and in what they have outside.

The ático's solarium is as large as the whole apartment below it. Up there you can fit a dining table, sun loungers and a green corner.

What a metre of solarium costs

An ático costs from 40,000 € more than an apartment of the same size, and its solarium is 66.25 m². A metre of solarium comes out more than five times cheaper than a metre of apartment, whichever apartment you compare with.

If you want your own rooftop solarium, this is the best-value purchase in the project.

What is done for you

The apartment comes with an armoured front door, Bolzano porcelain tiles on every floor and the terrace, and thermally broken windows. Hot water comes from aerothermal energy. Mechanical ventilation draws air out of the bathrooms and kitchen while fresh air enters through the windows.

The garden has three pools and a playground, with a calisthenics area next to it. The car park has EV chargers, and the grounds have security staff and cameras.

What is bought separately

Parking is included in the list price. Kitchen appliances and the air conditioning unit are chosen from the extras list.

With air conditioning and the simplest appliance package, the 352,900 € apartment with parking comes to about 362,500 €.

Who it suits

First-time buyers of a new build in Spain who want to start with an affordable sum. A couple moving to the coast or looking for a place for long winters. Those who want their own piece of sky: here the ático with its own solarium is especially good value.
