Sonne, in the El Castillete part of Finestrat, is a gated scheme of 48 homes with two or three bedrooms each. What matters here is what surrounds the apartment. Gym, sauna, coworking room and gourmet room are part of daily life in the building, with no separate club fee.

Four blocks, three apartment formats

The development is four blocks of 12 apartments. Ground floor homes come with a garden, the first floor sits above them and the penthouses on top have a private solarium. Every format comes in two and three bedroom versions, so you choose size and level at the same time.

What a Sonne apartment costs

Prices exclude VAT, and garage space plus storeroom are already in them. Areas are built areas including a share of common zones.

The most affordable way in is the first floor. A third bedroom on the first floor costs less than moving up to a two bedroom penthouse. Some buyers want the extra room, others their own roof.

What is done for you in Sonne

Apartments come with a fitted kitchen with appliances and a Neolith worktop. Concealed ducts deliver warm or cool air, and an aerothermal unit supplies hot water. The building is energy class B. Windows have Climalit double glazing with Guardian Sun solar control glass, and the living room has motorised blinds.

In the penthouses the solarium slab is reinforced and pre-installed for a hot tub. The tub itself is ordered separately. The garage has an EV charging pre-installation, and the living room and bedrooms are wired with fibre.

How you pay for Sonne

The schedule works for the buyer: less than half the price is paid before the keys, the bulk comes on completion.

Who Sonne suits

Couples and families who want a new flat near Benidorm and would rather not buy a separate gym membership. Remote workers: the coworking room downstairs replaces a home office. Families with children: a children's pool and playground in the garden, and a third bedroom in any format. Anyone set on reaching the beach on foot should search on the seafront.
