La Nucía Pines is 64 apartments and penthouses in La Nucía's sports city. On sale are two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments, and at the top, penthouses with a private solarium. It is for people who care more about sport, school and shops near home than a beach under the window.

Where La Nucía Pines stands

It is the first residential complex inside the town's Ciudad del Deporte. Nearby are the David Ferrer tennis academy, the Olympic stadium, a surf park with an artificial wave and a football centre. Vallemar International School operates in the same district, and a new shopping centre with a supermarket is next door.

Nine kilometres or so separate it from the sea; beach trips are by car. All two-bedroom apartments in the town are listed under La Nucía, two bedrooms.

The type A apartment

Most of the offer is type A. Inside: a lounge-diner around an island kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms. A utility room and a covered terrace in front of the living room complete it. Both bathrooms sit between the two bedrooms, so nobody gets in anyone's way in the morning.

Type B apartments on the lower floors are slightly larger, and the A+ penthouses add a rooftop solarium to the same apartment.

What each La Nucía Pines home includes

On the price list every apartment has its own parking and storeroom numbers, both included. Cooling and heating run through ducts, and every flat has a private aerothermal heater. Floors are large-format porcelain; the kitchen has induction, oven, hood and microwave with a quartz or stone worktop.
