How I assign classesOn an 895 m² plot in Sea Hills stands the completed house at Rey Felipe II 26. The 553 m² house has four bedrooms and five bathrooms, and the garage takes three cars. The house has already found its owner; this review stays as a reference for anyone looking for a finished villa of this level.
The villa shares its name with its street in Finestrat. The coast is 6.1 km off, and house number 22 sits 56 metres along.

The garden runs below the pool and by the entrance, with automatic irrigation. The pool uses salt chlorination. Next to it stands a barbecue gazebo; the garage drive is cobbled and the roof carries a solarium.
