SaliSol Hills in Finestrat is a small cluster of villas with private pools, eight houses in its second phase. There is no standard house here. Each model has its own name and layout, from a compact villa with two terraces to a house over a basement.

The address is Calle Rey Luís I on the corner of Calle Rey Pedro III. From here it is 5.6 km to the water, and errands mean the car. The neighbours are detached homes across very different budgets, from villas under construction to finished luxury houses.

The SaliSol Hills models

The second phase price list gives the models line by line, which makes a table the easiest way to compare.

Encarni is the only one already finished, so you can move in without waiting for the build. Agnieska repeats its house on a slightly larger plot, will be ready in about four months and carries the lowest price in the development. Olga and Virginia sit on a basement handed over as open space. Marian has the widest plot of the second phase.

The basement models add a whole extra level: a gym, a home cinema, a guest suite or a workshop.

What is done for you at SaliSol Hills

Each house comes with a six by three metre pool and a landscaped, paved plot. Inside, the bathrooms are ready and the kitchen has its appliances, with motorised blinds on the windows. The climate system is prepared for units.

The facade combines white render and natural stone. Aluminium windows have a thermal break and Climalit glazing, and the bedrooms get insulated blinds. Bathrooms have underfloor heating, the kitchen a granite worktop, and the rooms built-in wardrobes. The roof solarium is edged with toughened glass.

Extras outside the SaliSol Hills price

Furnishings and wallpaper are the buyer's choice, as are the climate units. Basement fit-out and anything beyond the plan for garden and tiling are paid separately. VAT at 10% comes on top of the list price.
