How I assign classesRiviera Relleu is a small block of 14 flats, from one to three bedrooms, in the El Muscaret development next to the mountain village of Relleu. Flats come with furniture, appliances and a TV. The entry price is among the lowest in our catalogue for this part of the coast.
El Muscaret sits inland in the Marina Baixa. Villajoyosa's beach, the closest, lies some 18 km off by road; a car is a must.

The list prices every flat at the same rate per built square metre, so the price rises exactly with the area.
Prices exclude IVA; 10% will be added.
Three-bedroom flats vary a lot in size. Compare area, not just the room count. Flat 5's plan adds two bathrooms, dressing space and a 13.44 m² terrace.
After the reservation, half the price is spread over the year of building.
The flat arrives ready to live in: furniture, appliances and a TV are in the price. Bedroom and lounge have a Corberó multi-split with Wi-Fi control, and the floor has Rointe electric heating.
The kitchen has a Candy induction hob and extractor and a bamboo worktop. The shower has a Roca thermostatic column with a rain head, and the lit mirror does not steam up.
Hot water is stored in a 100-litre aerothermal cylinder. Porcelain tiles come in a choice of three finishes, from light cream to concrete-effect grey.
Neighbours near Finestrat are closer to the sea and pricier to enter: roughly half as much again at Riviera 1. Riviera Relleu wins on price and on coming furnished, in exchange for the distance to the beach.
First-time buyers in Spain on a modest budget: a furnished flat and payments spread over a year.
A couple who prefer mountains and a quiet development to a seafront promenade.
Remote workers: underfloor heating and Wi-Fi air conditioning.
Beach on the doorstep matters? Then this is not the address; from El Muscaret the shore is a drive.
