How I assign classesAllonbay Hills is a building in Villajoyosa, about a 470-metre walk from the beach. It has apartments from the lower level up to the eighth floor, and on the ninth a communal area with a pool and club. Phase one has 87 apartments with one, two and three bedrooms. A kitchen with appliances and bathroom underfloor heating are already in the price.
You walk to the sea from here, and there are several other new apartment buildings nearby. According to the plans, living rooms and terraces face south-east, towards the morning sun.

Prices in the table are without IVA; I calculate the metre including the terrace.
Town figures show the level of the market. For a seaside apartment, the floor and the direction of the windows also move the price.
A garage space with EV charging pre-installation and a storeroom are included in the price. The kitchen is fully fitted, down to the dishwasher and washer-dryer, with Bosch or similar appliances. Bathrooms have electric underfloor heating. Room flooring can be chosen during construction, laminate or porcelain.
The ninth floor has a communal area with a pool, solarium and club, and downstairs there is another pool with sun loungers. The gym, sauna and jacuzzi will come in phase two.
Those who want a seaside apartment for holidays and long winters: the beach is close and the kitchen is already equipped. A couple for whom one bedroom is enough, and a young family. Remote workers who want to pop down to the sea at lunchtime and go up to the rooftop pool in the evening.
There is no private garden or plot here: it is a town building.
