Parking is communal but AT GROUND LEVEL («aparcamiento comunitario en superficie»); the project has no underground garage. Walk-in wardrobes are handed over open, without fittings: the buyer fits them out. Blinds are manual and only in the bedrooms.

How I assign classesEdenia II in El Verger forms the second phase of Edenia near Dénia. It covers blocks 3 and 4, next to the first phase, about 900 metres from the sea. Unlike the first phase, it also has one-bedroom apartments, so you can buy into the complex with a smaller budget.
The beach is a stroll away, and Dénia is a short drive. Prices and other area projects: Dénia and El Verger.
The bigger the apartment, the cheaper its metre: a three-bedroom upstairs comes in almost a fifth below a one-bedroom. The three-bedroom ground-floor home costs more than a three-bedroom upstairs; it is a different product, at ground level.
Most apartments face east, so the morning sun reaches the terrace. The price includes a parking space. Storage rooms are not sold here.
The first phase, Edenia I, has two- and three-bedroom apartments. The second phase adds one-bedroom homes, and its two-bedroom apartments start at almost the same price. Choosing between phases? The handover date and the floor decide it. Format and metre are close, and phase one is due first: around the second quarter of 2028, against the first quarter of 2029 for phase two.
A first home in Spain for holidays: one bedroom, a terrace and the beach on foot.
A retired couple: two bedrooms, the second for guests or grandchildren.
Families with children: three bedrooms, and on the ground floor a home at ground level, with no stairs.
Anyone who needs a storage room will not find one here: the complex does not sell them.
The handover date for blocks 3 and 4: expected in the first quarter of 2029. Ask for it to be written into the contract.
Which shared areas the second phase will have: in the first phase they are a pool, a gym, a sauna and a coworking space. Complexes that already have all this on site: hotel-style grounds.
Finishes and kitchen appliances: ask for the specification report of the second phase itself.
Whether the ground-floor home has its own plot and how large it is.
