Every apartment comes with a parking space and a storage room; the áticos in tower 3 have their own pool on the solarium.
Reinforced concrete foundations and frame with external technical control; facade in coloured single-coat render over the load-bearing wall with an air cavity and, inside, a dry lining with insulation. Dry partitions with insulation; between apartments, brick lined on both sides.
Windows with thermal break and double glazing, insulated motorised aluminium blinds in the bedrooms, glass balustrades on the terraces. Modular built-in wardrobes with shelves, rail and drawers.
White armoured front door, white lacquered internal doors, plasterboard ceilings. Wood-effect porcelain floors throughout the apartment and on the terraces.
Tiled bathrooms, resin shower trays, thermostatic shower mixers, wall-hung vanity units and an electric towel rail.
Kitchen with white units, quartz worktop and stainless steel appliances: fridge, integrated dishwasher, induction hob, built-in extractor and oven in a tall unit.
Hot water from an individual aerothermal unit, ducted heat pump air conditioning in the ceiling and mechanical ventilation. Video intercom, LED in the common areas, photovoltaic panels on the roof for the common areas and pre-installation for electric car charging.

How I assign classesSalinas Towers in Calpe is three towers holding 120 apartments, each with two or three bedrooms. They stand in the El Saladar district, by the Las Salinas salt lake. Parking and a storeroom go with every apartment, included in what you pay. The pool, gym and padel court are inside a gated development.
The towers stand on the plot between Avenida Rumanía and Calle Estonia, next to the Las Salinas salt lake. For what else is being built in town, see the Calpe page.
Construction has been under way since September 2024, and each tower gets its keys at a different time. Your handover date depends on which tower your apartment is in.
The first tower is handed over before the others, an option for those who need the keys sooner.
The entry three-bedroom apartment works out cheaper per metre than the entry two-bedroom one. It has noticeably more home and terrace for a slightly higher price. Parking and storage are already inside the price, with nothing extra to pay.
At the top of the towers there are áticos with solariums of 87 to 112 m². The seller quotes their price on request.
Every ático has its own pool on the solarium, roughly 4 by 2.5 m. You can swim without going down to the shared one.
Hot water from an individual aerothermal unit in every apartment, a heat pump feeding ducted cooling and heating through the ceiling, and mechanical ventilation. Window frames have a thermal break and the glazing is double. Bedrooms get insulated motorised blinds, and the terraces are edged with glass.
Wood-effect porcelain floors throughout the apartment and on the terraces. White kitchen units sit under a quartz worktop, with stainless steel appliances: fridge, integrated dishwasher, induction hob, extractor and an oven in a tall unit. Bathrooms have thermostatic shower mixers and an electric towel rail.
The development has a salt-chlorinated pool with a section for children and a swimming lane, a solarium, gym, padel, a calisthenics area, a playground and a clubhouse. A concierge comes with the second phase, and the garage is wired in advance for EV charging.
IVA is added to every share of the price. Most of the amount is paid at the notary on handover.
Among its neighbours, Salinas Towers is a large development with sport inside the gates. To set it against the rest of the coast, use the property finder.
A family with children: a playground and a pool with a section for children inside the gates. In the three-bedroom apartment everyone has their own room.
Those who want the keys soon: the first tower is handed over before the other two.
Those who love sport: padel, a gym and a swimming lane without leaving the development.
Not the right fit if you want a small building with few neighbours. Here there are three towers and a large community. Nor those who need a one-bedroom apartment: there are none here.
