Air conditioning as a pre-installation only, the unit at extra cost; the only appliance in the specification is the built-in extractor; wardrobes included for purchases from July 2026.
Reinforced concrete frame with waffle slabs. Façade: ceramic brick with textured ceramic cladding and aluminium composite panels, plasterboard lining and double insulation. Between flats, half-brick wall with plasterboard and mineral wool on both sides; insulated plasterboard partitions inside.
Aluminium windows with double glazing, motorised aluminium blinds in the bedrooms. Armoured front door, white MDF interior doors, chrome handles; lined built-in wardrobes.
60x60 porcelain floors, the same outdoor grade on terraces. Ceramic-tiled bathrooms, tiles between the kitchen units; suspended ceilings, removable under the air-conditioning unit. Shared areas: porcelain tiles, sensor-controlled LED, lift, storage rooms.

How I assign classesSanta Pola Elegance is a 15-home building right in the centre of Santa Pola, about 500 m on foot from the beach. Inside are two- and three-bedroom flats with a private terrace apiece; keys are promised for the first quarter of 2028.
The building stands on Calle Victoria in the middle of town. The beach is about 500 m away on foot, so a morning swim needs neither a car nor a parking space.
The town's full two-bedroom choice opens via Santa Pola: two bedrooms.
In every flat the living and dining room shares one open space with the kitchen and leads out to its own terrace. Two-bedroom flats come in two types, and the second has a noticeably larger terrace. The three-bedroom flat is roomier and built for a family.
Prices come from the 21.08.2026 list. The three-bedroom flat costs less than a quarter more than the entry two-bedroom, with almost the same metre.
A 3,300 € reservation, then 20% of the VAT-inclusive price minus the reservation at contract, or 30% for non-residents. The rest is paid at the notary with the keys, so most of the money is not tied up during construction.
Water heating is aerothermal, and the pre-installation for heat-pump air conditioning is in place. Bedrooms have motorised aluminium blinds; windows are double glazed. Walls between flats carry mineral wool on both sides as sound insulation from the neighbours.
The kitchen has upper and lower units and a porcelain worktop. Fitted wardrobes are lined and included in the price. An armoured front door, video entry, a lift, and a socket and wall light on each terrace complete the list.
The air-conditioning unit and kitchen appliances other than the extractor hood are chosen at extra cost. A storage room is also bought separately.
Entry prices next door sit in the same band. What differs is the way of life: townhouses in Gran Alacant or flats in beach resorts, against a flat inside the town itself.
Retirees who have decided to do without a car: beach and town on foot, and a lift in the building.
A family with two children: the three-bedroom flat gives each child a room.
Holiday buyers with no wish to tend a garden: only the terrace needs looking after.
