How I assign classesGuardamar Río is a gated Guardamar del Segura block of 41 flats sharing a pool. Nearly all are two-bed, two-bath, and the ground floor ones add a private garden. The ninth floor holds two three-bedroom flats with a large open terrace.
Our figures put the shore 2.4 km off, a long walk or a short ride. An underground parking space is included with every flat. Compare every two-bed in town via Guardamar del Segura: two bedrooms.
From the first to the eighth floor, a lounge-kitchen of about 27 m² leads to a covered terrace. Beside it are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, in five variants by riser. Downstairs the same flat gains a garden, the biggest being 125 m². On the ninth floor flats grow to three bedrooms and an open terrace joins the covered one.
The 23.10.2026 list gives completion in June 2028. Nearly every flat is listed as east-facing.
Brown aluminium frames with a thermal break and double glazing; glass parapets on the terraces and electric shutters. Every room has fitted wardrobes. Upper kitchen units reach the ceiling, fronts mix matt white with oak, and the worktop is porcelain. Hot water comes from a 110-litre aerothermal cylinder. Bathrooms have resin shower trays behind glass and black concealed taps. A video entryphone guards the gated grounds.
Per the sales team, lamps, kitchen appliances and furniture are not included. Air conditioning is pre-installed as ducts only; the units are extra. Not every flat has a store room: the list shows which do.
The other new build in Guardamar in my base is nearer the sea and starts higher. Guardamar Río wins on price and on parking already being in the total rather than a separate line.
Buyers who want a Guardamar flat with its own garden: downstairs it stands in for a country house. A retired couple will like the upper floors with a covered terrace and no garden to tend. A big family or frequent hosts should look at the ninth floor, with three bedrooms and an open terrace. Anyone wanting a turnkey flat with furniture and appliances must budget for them separately.
