The whole roof is a solarium. There is room for loungers, long dinners with friends and evenings when nobody wants to go out. Under the house is a garage for three cars with a lobby. From there the stairs lead straight up into the home.

If you want a home without stairs, this is not it: there is a basement, two floors and a roof terrace.
