How I assign classesAllonbay Urban is a small town building by the sea in Villajoyosa: 268 metres to the beach and 23 homes in two blocks. They range from one-bedroom apartments to an ático with a solarium. The blocks differ in specification, so you choose between a more affordable apartment and a fully fitted one.
The building is in the town itself, and the beach is literally round the corner. The nearest neighbour, La Vila Azul, is almost one and a half kilometres away.

The first block is ready to move into. The second is more affordable and leaves room to fit appliances to your own taste.

The two-bedroom apartments on the first floor of block 1 come with open terraces of almost forty metres. The ático adds a large open deck on top of the apartment.
Notary data shows the average level for the whole town. For a building a couple of hundred metres from the beach it is only a backdrop.
The one-bedroom apartment in block 2 suits a first seaside purchase for someone who wants to fit the kitchen themselves and spend long winters here. The two-bedroom on the first floor is good for a family that spends evenings on a big terrace. The ático is the pick for anyone keen to dine and sunbathe on a solarium of their own.
There is no private plot here, but the beach is right there.
