The complex has 43 homes. The shared grounds include a pool with loungers, a gym, a sauna and steam room, gardens, a playground and a pétanque court. Everything is under video surveillance, and the garage is pre-wired for electric car charging.

With 10 % VAT it comes to 349,800 € and 489,500 €. The garden is left out of the metre calculation: it is your own ground below the windows on top of that.
