Orizonne II is the second phase of the same development and shares its specification with the first. On the developer's portal the Brochure and Especificaciones tabs for development 390 are empty for exactly that reason, not because the document is missing.

How I assign classesOrizonne II is the second phase of the Orizonne development in Villajoyosa, 600 metres from the sea. Every home here has two or three bedrooms, always with a pair of bathrooms. The pool, gym and gardens are shared by both phases.
The complex sits in a new district by the sea, and people get to the beach on foot. Several more residential projects are going up nearby, so the neighbourhood grows along with your home.

The phase-two block rises to the eighth floor. Up there are open-air terraces, and each floor plan draws in space for a jacuzzi. Below are two and three-bedroom homes, each with a pair of bathrooms: nobody queues at the bathroom door in the morning.
A parking space comes with the price; a storeroom is an optional extra. The kitchen is fitted with furniture and appliances, and the washer-dryer has its own utility room. Climate control runs through ducts for winter and summer; an aerothermal pump supplies the showers.
Children get their own pool and a playground; adults get a gym, a club and a multi-purpose room. There is a concierge on site.
The most affordable way into this complex is a two-bedroom home on a middle floor. The eighth floor costs noticeably more but comes with a private space under the open sky.
A couple who want a flat near the sea with a spare bedroom for guests or children. A family with two kids: a room each, and two bathrooms. People who value a concierge and a gym in the building.
Those who want a private garden or plot will find them in neighbouring projects; the greenery here is communal.
