El Verger is a small town next to Dénia, and its new complexes sit near the Almadraba beach, 850-900 metres from the sea. The Almadraba is a long beach with golden sand and calm water, easy with children. One of the complexes is building its own beach club on the seafront: a pool, showers, changing rooms and lockers, so you can walk to the sea with nothing to carry.
The centre of Dénia, with its port, castle and restaurants, is about a quarter of an hour away by car.
The choice is wider than you would expect in a small town: flats, flats with a rooftop solarium and townhouses with gardens. Right now my listing has 3 projects in El Verger, from €235,000. New-build prices per metre run from €4,072 to €5,906. Completion dates: 2028-2029.
