Las Bellas in Finestrat is fifteen detached villas with a private pool and a rooftop solarium. The price covers two living floors and a solarium the size of a decent flat. At extra cost a 107 m² semi-basement is built underneath, with room for a lounge and a fourth bedroom.
A residential part of Finestrat 5.1 km from the sea; you drive to the beach. Townhouses, bungalows and houses are going up around it, so it is a lively area with neighbours all year round.

A bedroom with a bathroom on the ground floor settles what usually comes with age. You can live on one level and leave the first floor to children and guests. Space for a lift is planned from the start.
If you take it, the semi-basement with two patios is a second home inside the house: lounge, bedroom and bathroom for grown-up children, guests or live-in help.
The semi-basement is your choice here, not a compulsory part of the price. You can buy the three-bedroom villa or add the lower level from the start and fit it out with a fourth bedroom.
The structure is designed with an anti-seismic margin, the roof is flat and usable, and the solarium is laid with wood-look porcelain. Windows with thermal break and double glazing, motorised blinds.
Wood-look porcelain floors throughout, a designer kitchen with hidden handles and a porcelain worktop. Water is heated by an aerothermal unit, video surveillance at the entrances and a video entry phone.
The air-con ducting is already in, so the units can go in after the keys too. Until 31 October 2026 the price includes an LED lighting pack and Johnson air conditioning on the ground and first floors. Heated floors in the bathrooms on those floors come too. The show villa is already built and can be visited before you reserve.
A family with growing children: bedrooms upstairs, lounge and garden downstairs, and the semi-basement, if you take it, for the teenagers.
Anyone planning to live here into retirement: the ground-floor bedroom and the lift space take care of that from day one.
Those who love evenings on the roof: a solarium the size of a flat fits both a lounge corner and a dining table.
Anyone who wants the beach without a car should look at projects by the sea.
