How I assign classesNjoy Frontline is a small building in the centre of Villajoyosa, close to the sea. It has 17 flats on four levels, and each comes with its own space in the basement car park and a storage room. It is some 350 metres to the beach as the crow flies.
This is a town address rather than an urbanisation on the edge. People stroll down to the beach, and the car sits below in its own basement space.

Lounge, kitchen, dining space and both bedrooms all step out onto a shared south-east terrace. There are two bathrooms and a utility gallery for the washing machine. The kitchen comes in one of two layout options.
Price from the list of 06.08.2026; garage and storage are included. Outdoor metres add up to over half the indoor ones, so summer happens outside.
Air conditioning is ducted, a heat pump heats the water and the building's roof carries solar panels. The kitchen is handed over fitted: a Silestone worktop, Siemens or Bosch appliances, a built-in fridge and dishwasher. The bathrooms have Hansgrohe taps and wall-hung Laufen toilets.
The door is security class 4C, the glazing is double and the terraces are edged in glass. The entry phone rings on your smartphone, and the garage space is wired for EV charging.
Down in the courtyard there is an overflow pool long enough for laps, salt-treated, plus a warm jacuzzi, outdoor fitness kit and a garden. Residents enter with an RFID card and collect parcels from lockers. The penthouses have a rooftop solarium ready for a jacuzzi and a small kitchen.
The reservation is 8,000 €. The flat price is subject to 10% VAT, and notary and registry fees follow.
The neighbours in town cost less. People choose Njoy Frontline for the central address by the sea, the building's own pool and a finish worthy of an expensive home.
A couple after a town address a short stroll from the sand, without relying on a car.
Seasonal owners: the flat locks up, the car stays in the basement and belongings wait in the storage room.
Remote workers: the second bedroom becomes a study and evenings are spent on the terrace.
Less suited to households wanting a third bedroom or their own garden; the property finder lists those.
