The house has two floors, each with its own terrace. Downstairs holds most of the living space, the lounge and the kitchen with an island. Two of the three bedrooms are suites with their own bathrooms, and one more bathroom sits on the ground floor.

The terraces add up to almost half of the house itself. From May to October life moves outdoors, next to the pool, and breakfast on the upper terrace becomes a habit rather than an occasion.

The price is the same for every villa, but the plots differ. That is why you choose by number: for the same money there can be noticeably more land around the house.

Paying for an Addaia villa

A 10,000 € reservation, then the private contract within a month with 20% of the price plus VAT. Another 30% is paid during construction in instalments, at your own pace.

Half of the price is paid only at the notary, on the day you get the keys. For a house handed over in the coming months, this is almost buying a finished home in instalments.

Finishes already included

All porcelain tiling is Porcelanosa, with large-format stone-look floors. The kitchen has an island and the porcelain worktop runs up as a splashback. Handles are hidden, the display cabinet is lit.

Bathrooms get Krion basins, wall-hung toilets and illuminated mirrors. Windows with thermal break, motorised blinds in the bedrooms, a staircase clad in oak. The front door has a three-point lock and the garden gate opens with an electronic lock.
