A private pool for flats with a garden and a jacuzzi on the solarium only as paid options.
Structure: foundations on reinforced concrete pads, reinforced concrete walls and columns, waffle and solid slabs. Double brick façade, plastered inside, ETICS outside. Between flats, sound-absorbing brick, mineral wool, Pladur on both sides; Pladur partitions inside; impact sound membrane in the slabs.
Lacquered aluminium windows with thermal break, Climalit-type double glazing, motorised blinds in lounges and bedrooms. Armoured front door, white lacquered interior doors, modular built-in wardrobes.
Bathrooms: wall-hung sanitaryware, vanity and mirror, resin tray, glass screen, thermostatic mixer with rain shower.
Kitchen: wall and base units, Silestone worktop, two finish options, undermount sink, Bosch or similar appliances (extractor, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge).
Aerothermal hot water, ducted heat pump for heating and cooling, electric underfloor heating in bathrooms. TV sockets in every room except bathrooms, socket and light on terraces and solariums, video entry phone.
Underground garage with automatic door, lifts from the garage, fire detection, EV charging pre-installation.
Floors in a choice of laminate or large-format porcelain; porcelain in kitchen and bathrooms; non-slip on terraces; landscaping and paving for flats with gardens. Shared areas: pool, a spa of over 200 m² (jacuzzi, sauna, hammam), gym, Social Club, children's area, coworking. Paid options: home automation, Airzone, integrated fridge and dishwasher, Premium Plus appliances; jacuzzi and barbecue on solariums; pool and barbecue for flats with gardens.

How I assign classesDestiny in La Nucía is 64 two- and three-bedroom apartments around a large beach-style pool. Garden flats sit on the ground floor and terrace flats on the middle floors. On top are áticos with terraces bigger than the flat itself. A spa, gym and coworking space inside the complex make it an easy place to live all year round.
Every apartment has two bathrooms and outdoor space of its own. Indoor area barely changes from floor to floor; what changes is the outside.
An ático costs roughly a quarter more than a middle-floor apartment with the same number of bedrooms. Its terrace is around half as big again as the indoor space. It suits people who spend the day outside.
For ground-floor apartments the price list gives garden and terrace as one figure. So I do not calculate a total metre for them. The largest outdoor space belongs to apartment A001: 265 m² outside with two bedrooms.
The apartment comes with a kitchen: upper and lower units, a Silestone worktop and Bosch or similar appliances, from oven and dishwasher to fridge. There are built-in wardrobes and motorised blinds for the lounge and bedrooms.
Ducted heat-pump climate control warms and cools the apartment and also makes the hot water; bathrooms have underfloor heating. Aluminium windows with thermal break, external facade insulation and multi-layer soundproofing between apartments.
Lifts run down to the underground garage, and wiring for an EV charger is in place. You choose the floor: laminate or large-format porcelain.
There is a spa of over 200 m² with jacuzzi, sauna, hammam and contrast shower. Add a fitness room, social club and coworking: off-season, that is half the reason to live here. Children get a playground and Kids Garden, gardens surround the pool and the grounds are under video surveillance.
At extra cost an ático solarium can get a jacuzzi and barbecue. A garden apartment can have a pool of its own.
Among its neighbours Destiny stands out for its shared facilities: spa, gym and coworking are part of home, not a trip into town.
