Polop Villas brings 16 detached homes to Polop, every one with a private pool; each has three bedrooms, matched by three bathrooms. The house rises over two floors to a roof terrace, on plots of 176 to 241 m². Inside there is a voice-controlled smart home and underfloor heating throughout.
The villas are going up on Calle Mariola, with the building licence granted in July 2026. The road to Albir beach measures 11 km, which makes the sea an outing; two cars fit on the plot itself.

The kitchen is part of the living room, with handleless fronts and Bosch appliances. The pool is 7 by 2 m and lit at night. Up on the roof a lounge area with a solarium is ready for a jacuzzi or a summer kitchen.
The houses are identical, so the plot sets the price. Add 10% VAT to every figure.
The smart home responds to voice, wiring for lighting, blind and appliance control is already in, and sensors track CO2 and humidity.
