Villa Elia II is a detached three-bedroom house in Polop, with its pool in the yard and a solarium on the roof. It is a home of your own with a plot and water in the yard, in a small town behind Benidorm.
Polop is a small town behind Benidorm, 9.5 km from the beach. Here the sea is an outing, and everyday life happens at home and in the yard. There are few new builds around, mostly villas.
Everything being built in the town is on the new builds in Polop page.
The house is built around one large living room with kitchen.
The living room with kitchen takes up almost half the house, and all home life happens there. The bedrooms differ: two full-size ones and a small one that works well for a child, a guest or a home office.
The land around the house is three times the size of the house itself. It holds a shotcrete pool with LED lighting, a barbecue and a parking spot. The roof is a walkable solarium, and the living area and terrace open to the east, towards the pool.
Morning on the solarium, afternoon by the pool, evening at the barbecue: life in this house is lived outdoors.
The price of 585,000 € buys the whole set at once: house, plot, pool, barbecue and solarium. The main value is outside, so the house metre says less about the price than usual.
The new-build market in Polop is small, so it is more useful to compare with the neighbours. A similar villa in La Nucía costs almost the same, while villas with a pool in Polop itself are more expensive.
The house is handed over finished. Its kitchen has furniture and a quartz or granite worktop, the bathrooms have vanity units, mirrors and underfloor heating, and the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. The walls are double-leaf with mineral wool between, which matters when temperatures swing. Thermally broken double-glazed windows, motorised blinds and a security front door.
Air conditioning ducts run through the whole house, and the unit itself is installed separately. The options on the developer's sheet are these:
