How I assign classesThiar Village V, in Thiar within the municipality of Pilar de la Horadada, brings together 33 bungalows of two and three bedrooms. The lower home sits on its own plot; the upper one lives outdoors on a private solarium. Every home comes with a parking space included.
Roughly 2.5 km lie between the homes and the shore; the beach run is by car or bike. All two-bedroom options in the municipality open from Pilar de la Horadada: two bedrooms.
The bungalows come in pairs: the lower with a plot, the upper with a roof solarium. Most are two-bedroom homes; the project has four three-bedroom ones, found on both levels.
The list is dated 05.08.2026 and gives handover as 30.12.2027. At entry level the lower bungalow is cheaper than the upper, but plots vary widely and the largest cost noticeably more.
Hot water is aerothermal; the aluminium blinds are automatic and windows double glazed. External walls are double, with an air gap and insulation. Wardrobes are built in and lined, and bathrooms get vanity units and ultra-flat shower trays.
Kitchens come with two rows of cabinets, an engineered quartz worktop and a stainless hood. Light and water already reach the solarium, with connections for a jacuzzi and a summer kitchen. The garden has two water points for irrigation.
Air conditioning, a dishwasher and a washing machine: only the connections are in place.
The closest project to Thiar Village V on the site is 12 km away, so the comparison is with Torrevieja and San Miguel.
Anyone who wants land of their own: the lower bungalow stands on its plot, with water laid on for the garden.
People who love evenings up top: the upper home's solarium already has the hook-ups for a hot tub and an outdoor kitchen.
Two bedrooms are enough for a couple, and a family with children will find a three-bedroom home on either level.
Not for those who picture strolling to the sand: the sea is several kilometres off.
