How I assign classesBalcones de Vivi II in Torrevieja is the second phase of a bungalow complex in Los Balcones. Ground-floor bungalows live out on generous terraces. Each upper one has a private roof-top solarium, close in size to its indoor space.
Los Balcones is a residential district of Torrevieja, away from the shoreline. The sea is roughly 5 km away, so beach days start with the car; on weekdays people swim in the communal pool.
Similar options around town can be compared in two-bedroom homes in Torrevieja.
Phase two has 20 bungalows, two- or three-bed, and every one of them has two bathrooms. In the three-bed ground-floor home, the 22 m² lounge and kitchen give onto a covered porch, and the terrace wraps around two sides.
The upper bungalow has less terrace, but its stairs lead to a private roof with 57-58 m² of solarium.
For the upper bungalows the price per metre drops because of the solarium. Without it, on living space only, it is €5077 for the two-bed and €4667 for the three-bed.
Prices from the list dated 26.10.2026; areas taken from the first bungalow sheet of each type. An upper bungalow costs €20,000 more than a ground-floor one with the same bedrooms. That extra buys a roof almost the size of the flat.

Bungalows are finished to the developer's general specification. A 200-litre boiler heated by aerothermal energy supplies the taps, and every bedroom and the lounge already have air conditioning ducts.
Thermally broken window frames, electric shutters. Built-in wardrobes with interior lighting; in the kitchen, two tiers of units and a Silestone or similar worktop.
A parking space with a storage room costs €15,000. It makes sense to add it to the bungalow price from the start.
The neighbouring bungalow complex stands some two hundred metres off, so both can be seen on one walk. Among these neighbours, only Bellavista Bungalows offers three-bedroom bungalows.
Parents of a schoolchild: the three-bed bungalow gives the child a room, and the second bathroom ends the morning queue.
Retired couples: the ground-floor bungalow is all on one level, with no stairs inside.
Hosts who like having friends over in the evening: the upper bungalow with its private roof.
If living right by the water matters most, homes on the Torrevieja seafront fit better; Balcones de Vivi II is a drive from the sand.
