How I assign classesNalia Resort in Torrevieja works like a small resort: three pools, a jacuzzi, padel and mini golf within its grounds. The ground-floor bungalow with two bedrooms is sold furnished, with appliances, air conditioning and a garage, so you can move in with a suitcase.
The complex is 5.3 km from the sea, a short drive to the sand, and a summer day can easily pass at the pools on site. Two-bedroom apartments and bungalows in town are on Torrevieja: two bedrooms.
Together the two terraces almost equal everything under the roof. One takes the dining table, the other the sunloungers, and in the warm months half of daily life moves outdoors.
Furniture, kitchen appliances, air conditioning, LED lighting inside and out, shower screens: all of it is in the price. Both bathrooms have underfloor heating, which you value more in winter than you expect. Aerothermal heating warms the water, the shutters are motorised and the door is armoured. Entrances, garage and common areas are under video surveillance, and visitors call through a video intercom. The car sleeps in the garage, already in the total.
Three pools and a jacuzzi mean a choice of where to swim, while padel, mini golf and the calisthenics area cover sport without a gym fee. Children have a play area.
Antonella Beach is closer to the water; people pick Nalia for the pools and sport outside the door.
Someone who wants to arrive and simply live, with no furniture shopping or air conditioning installs. A family with children: pools, play area and padel inside the complex. A retired couple: everything on one level, no stairs, garage included. Buyers who must have the beach at the doorstep should look at waterfront homes.
