How I assign classesVivalife Beach, in Torre de la Horadada's Mil Palmeras area, is a building of tourist apartments seven hundred metres from the beach. Every two-bedroom apartment comes furnished and equipped, with a garage space and storeroom in the price. You can arrive with a suitcase and have dinner on your own terrace that same evening.
Mil Palmeras is part of Pilar de la Horadada, the southernmost municipality of the province. Around 700 m separate the building from the sand, an easy walk; a car is handy for exploring the coast.
Every two-bedroom option in the municipality sits in a separate selection.
One block of six floors with underground parking. It is licensed as tourist apartments. The building is meant for holidays and letting to guests, and that use goes into the notarial description of the building.
Hence shared areas like those of a small hotel: a reception, a residents' lounge and a laundry. The pool has a shallow children's area and a jacuzzi, set in gardens.
All apartments are the same type: two bedrooms and one bathroom. What changes is the floor and the size of the terrace.
Prices from the 25.09.2026 list. Flats with a big terrace have the lowest figure per m²: on the ground and fourth floors the terrace runs to three to six times the standard one. In summer much of the day is spent out there.
Kitchens are handed over fully equipped: induction cooking, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge and a washing machine. The worktop is Silestone and the units have LED lighting.
Concealed ducts carry cooling and heating to each room, all controlled from a single panel at the entrance. The hot water supply is aerothermal, and the bathroom floor is electrically warmed.
Insulation wraps the facade; the aluminium window profiles are thermally broken, the glazing filters the sun, and motorised shutters close every window. An impact-sound layer runs under the flooring, and rock wool fills the walls between neighbours.
Cabling for a future electric car charger already reaches each parking space.
The developer plans to hand over keys around December 2027.
Marquesado de Molins is also close to the sea, but it offers ordinary residential flats. Vivalife Beach is built for holidays and letting from day one. Furniture, appliances, a reception and a laundry are all part of the project.
Buyers who spend a few weeks a year by the sea and let the apartment the rest of the time: it is already furnished and the shared areas are designed for guests.
A retired couple spending half the year on the coast: the beach on foot, a pool with a jacuzzi, the flat already furnished.
A family with children on school holidays: two bedrooms and a children's pool.
Anyone wanting a private garden or a detached house should look at the bungalows and villas nearby. Vivalife Beach is apartments in a block.
