Amiral is a set of villas with private pools on high ground above La Nucía, at the foot of Serra Gelada. Each house has two living floors, its own plot and a fitted-out rooftop solarium. Every house has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, with the same layout throughout.

Underfloor heating runs on a Kosmer aerothermal system. Air conditioning is ducted, with two units, one per floor, and ventilation is mechanical with heat recovery. K-Line aluminium windows are double glazed with a thermal break. The house also has a video intercom and Simon 270 Minima switches and sockets. Every house has a shaft set aside for a lift, so one can be fitted later without rebuilding.

The plot has a pet washing area and a laundry room with space for ironing. The parking area includes an e-bike charging point.

Parking and the pool are included in the price of every house. Each villa has two to four parking spaces, and the number varies from house to house. Only one villa out of ten has a storeroom.

Villa 17 has less living space than villa 24, yet it costs more. What you pay for here is the plot, the largest of the ten.

Who it suits

A family that wants its own plot with a pool and would rather not share a yard with neighbours. Two living floors give room for grown-up children or guests.
