From the developer documents
Villas Sierra Cortina in Finestrat brings together nine villas with three bedrooms. Every one has its own heated pool and more than 400 m² of land. They are going up on the same block as the Sierra Cortina apartments, with keys scheduled for June 2027.
The plot sits inside the Sierra Cortina estate, and the shoreline lies 4 km away by road. New townhouses and villas are rising all around, so in a couple of years this will be a settled neighbourhood of private homes.

All nine villas share one design and one price. Only the plot changes, so buyers choose by number and by how much land surrounds the house.
The lounge and terrace face south: sun inside all day and, in winter, warmth without extra bills.
The pool runs on salt water, with heating and lighting, so swimming works in spring and after dark too. Salt water is gentler on skin and eyes than chlorine.
Photovoltaic panels cover the roof and bathroom floors have electric heating; the whole block is handed over with an A energy rating. Cars park in two spaces behind an automatic gate, under a timber pergola.
A stone wall with a hedge and palms encloses the plot. The garden is screened from the street from day one.
Neighbouring villas cost noticeably more. An ático on the same block is only a little cheaper than a villa with its own plot. Other options at this money: private-pool homes under 800,000 €.
A couple or family settling for good who want their own house and pool rather than a flat with a shared one.

Sun lovers: the south-facing lounge and the heated pool stretch the season.
Beach-on-foot buyers will be happier nearer the coast: here every swim in the sea starts with the car.
