Waste and rainwater drainage through suspended or buried PVC collectors, hot and cold water to regulations, shut-off taps in wet areas and isolation valves on every fixture. Motorised blinds in all bedrooms. Motorised vehicle gate with automatic opening.

Vila Natura in La Nucía: a small cluster of eight villas. Every one comes with a private pool, plus a sun terrace on the roof. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a private fenced plot and a motorised car gate. It is the most affordable way into a detached house with a pool in La Nucía.
Roughly seven kilometres lie between the houses and the Mediterranean; you drive to swim. Two more projects of townhouses and villas stand next door, and the quarter is made up of private houses.

Take houses 7 and 8, which have full plans. The main level at the entrance holds the living room, kitchen, one bedroom and a bathroom. Downstairs are two more bedrooms, the second bathroom and a hall. The children's or guest rooms sit a whole floor away from the main bedroom.
On top is the roof with a solarium: dinners in the evening, sunbathing by day, and the pool waiting in the garden.
The main level is cooled and heated by ducted air conditioning, included in the price. An aerothermal heat pump prepares shower water, and bathroom floors are warmed. A dual-flow system with a recuperator brings in fresh air; bedroom blinds lower by motor. The kitchen has white units and integrated appliances.
Every payment is covered by a surety insurance policy, which protects the buyer's money during construction.
Two more villas are priced at 650,000 € each, one of them on a corner plot.
Among detached houses with a pool within La Nucía, Vila Natura is the cheapest way in.
A family moving from an apartment into a house of their own. The children get their own floor, the parents a bedroom by the living room. A couple who want a morning swim in a pool they share with nobody. Anyone working from home: one of the lower bedrooms easily becomes a study.
If strolling to the water matters, choose a beachfront flat instead.
