Jazmines in Cumbre del Sol, Benitachell, offers villas of very different sizes, from three bedroom homes to a six bedroom family estate. Every villa has its own pool, and all are built to the top finish standard, Superior.

Where Jazmines sits on the estate

The drive from Jazmines to the shore is 5.1 km, so the beach means a car trip, and the houses stand on plots of more than eight hundred metres. The whole estate, by price and type, is under Cumbre del Sol.

Three house sizes in Jazmines

Entry level here means the two Karma villas, the only ones already under construction. Downstairs sit the lounge with dining area, an island kitchen, a terrace and a laundry. The sleeping floor holds the three bedrooms with a pair of bathrooms, plus a double garage.

The other houses are at the design stage, each with its own layout. The largest, Villa La Cala, is a true family estate with six bedrooms and seven bathrooms.

Jazmines price per metre

Here the metre does not rise with the number of bedrooms. As a rule, the wider the terraces, the lower the metre, and La Cala has the lowest in the enclave. Choose by how much of your life you want to spend outdoors.

The Superior specification in Jazmines

Superior is the highest finish standard on the estate. Technal or Schüco aluminium windows sit flush with the floor, so the living room runs onto the terrace without a step. Aerothermal equipment warms the floors in winter and cools the house through ducts in summer, with an Airzone thermostat in each zone.

The Miele kitchen even includes a washing machine, and a softener treats the water. The electrical supply is rated at 15 kW, solar panels add 5.5 kW and an EV charging point is already fitted.

Two iPads and a voice assistant run the house, and garden irrigation is switched on from an app. There is an outdoor shower by the pool, a barbecue with a sink in the garden and, depending on the design, a fireplace and television in the living room.

Other enclaves near Jazmines

The neighbouring enclaves start lower, but every villa there has three bedrooms. On this estate, four and six bedroom houses exist only in Jazmines.

Who Jazmines is for

A large family that gathers for the summer: in the four bedroom villas guests have their own bathroom, and La Cala hosts three generations at once.

A couple who want a high specification without surplus space: Karma, with three bedrooms and a double garage.

It is not for those who want to stroll down to the sea. From here the water is several kilometres away by road.
